With the conference ” passes: communication and technologies beyond the frontier and ” HD Italian Forum (HDFI) has just celebrated its first 10 years in business.

The event, a great technological synod which has pulled together a number of players in the audiovisual chain, was held over two days at the Media Center “San Pio X” in the Vatican, through the partnership with the Secretariat for Communication Holy See .

Focus on the role of standardization bodies and on the ultra HD with High Dynamic parameters Range (HDR) and Wide Color Gamut (WCG) that allow an improvement in the quality perceived by the viewer.

The event was held in collaboration with the Vatican Television Center , and with the contribution of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), star of the second day of the Conference.
